This event is hosted through the Comox Valley Conservation Partnership to thank our volunteer streamkeepers who are the eyes and ears of our local streams with a fun, social evening! Volunteers are invited from Project Watershed, Perseverance Creek Stewards, Millard-Piercy Watershed Stewards, Morrison Creek Streamkeepers, K'omoks Guardian Watchmen, Tsolum River Restoration Society, and Brooklyn Creek Watershed Society.

If you are wanting to join us this year, please register by October 25th by downloading this free ticket so we can give numbers to our caterer. Tickets are required for entry to the event!

Evening schedule:

     5pm - doors open

     5:30pm - local stewardship booths and games

     6:30pm - dinner

     9:00pm - event ends

The event will be catered by Cory Frank (Manager of the KFN Guardian Watchmen), who is providing a salmon dinner. If you are a vegetarian or have food allergies, please let us know by emailing Hannah at Hannah@cvlandtrust.ca by October 25th and we can accommodate.

There will be a cash bar serving beer, cider and wine.

If you would like to volunteer for set up or take down/bar sales shifts (Serving it Right Required), please contact Laura, at mervillemom2004@yahoo.com. Set up begins at 3pm, and takedown ends around 10:30pm.
